Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment is offered at Loyola through LSU Shreveport.  Currently, Honors Precalculus, Honors Physics, AP Physics, Honors French III or IV, AP French, Honors Spanish III or IV, and AP Spanish can receive dual enrollment credit provided that students meet the eligibility criteria determined by LSUS.  To clarify one criteria for enrollment in LSUS' Math 121 and/or Math 150 (Honors Precalculus at Loyola), a student must have an ACT math subscore of greater than or equal to 19, effective January 2011.

Students and parents should know that the grade earned by the student from LSUS will NOT be reported on the Loyola transcript.  Instead, students will have to contact the Registrar's Office at LSUS and request that a transcript be sent to the college of their choice; no additional fee will be charged.

Due to a change in funding, beginning Fall 2012 a fee of $150 per course, per semester, has been assesed to students participating in Dual Enrollment.
