Demonstration (How To) Speech

1. Demonstrate a process to the audience.

2. Tell what you are going to demonstrate, including the end results.

3. Show the process to the audience.

4. Must use a visual aid. You will not be allowed to use the dry erase board.

The speaker must work effectively with the visual aid to demonstrate the process to the audience.

5. Use the extemporaneous method of speech delivery. Time cards will be used during the speech.

6. Time limit – between 2 ½ - 5 minutes.

7. The speech evaluation form will be used for this speech.
