Kyle Tanner picked up his first win as head coach in the opening game of the season.

LOYOLA 51, SPEARSVILLE 32: Ginney Pullen and Megan Rast each had 10 points as the Flyers cruised to a 51-32 win at Spearsville. It's the 12th straight year the Flyers have won their opening game of the season. It was the first win for new head coach Kyle Tanner.

LOYOLA 38, SPRINGHILL 17 (Benton Tournament): Abbie Naus had 13 points and Ginney Pullen had 12 as the Flyers opened the Benton Tournament with an easy win over Springhill. The 17 points allowed is the fewest for an opponent since Feb.4, 2005.

BOSSIER 54, LOYOLA 34 (Benton Tournament): The Flyers were knocked out of the Benton Tournament as the Bearkats outscored the Flyers 17-3 in the final quarter. Abbie Naus had 13 points but was the only Flyer in double figures. Bossier had a 30-12 rebounding advantage.
