LOYOLA 48, ST. MARY'S 34: The Flyers raced to a 14-3 first quarter lead against the tournament hosts and went on to take the win by shooting 51 percent from the field. Sarah Abrams and Abbie Naus each had 12 points and Megan Rast had nine points and seven steals. LOYOLA 45, SHONGALOO 35: the Flyers won in the semifinals behind Ginney Pullen's 16 points and 11 by Megan Rast. The Flyers trailed early but took a halftime lead and led the rest of the way. Pullen had nine rebounds and five steals. OUACHITA CHRISTIAN 46, LOYOLA 30: The Flyers fell in the championship game as a 17-2 fourth quarter by the Eagles was too much to overcome. Ginney Pullen had 15 points to lead Loyola. |
