STEPS TO APPLY

#1 Mail/Scan Admission Documents

In order to transfer, Loyola College Prep requires its applicants to mail or scan the following documents:

  • Current Middle School (8th/9th Grade) and/or High School (9th-12th)Transcripts
  • Discipline Report (may be waived)
  • Standardized Exam Scores (may be waived)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record

#2 INTERVIEW

Contact Andy Cline to set up your admission interview. This can be done via Skype or in-person.

In order to interview, Loyola College Prep needs the following documents prior to your interview:

#3 TEST

If you are an international student going into the 9th grade, you are required to take a HSPT prior to admission.

TOEFL/IELTS Requirements

Loyola College Prep does not require a TOEFL/IELTS score for admission. International students must have proficiency of the English language in order to understand and communicate with teachers and students.

I-20

Loyola College Prep has the ability to issue I-20 documentation.

Host Families:

Loyola College Prep does not have the ability to help find host families. In order to enroll, a student must already have a host family established.

International Student Tuition & Fees

Tuition - $9,805

International Student Fee - $1,000

Registration Fee - $300

Workbook/Classroom Fees - $150

Activity Fee - $350

Building Fee - $375

Estimated Total Tuition & Fees - $11,980

**All fees (with exception of optional sports, clubs, advanced placement and extracurricular fees) are included in the fees above and will be paid through TADS.

International Student Tuition Assistance

International students are not eligible for tuition assistance opportunities through Loyola College Prep.

Other Requirements:

Ipad

Loyola College Prep students are required to bring a 32GB Ipad for course instruction.

Uniform

Loyola College Prep requires students to have two types of uniforms: a 1st & 4th 9-week uniform and a 2nd & 3rd 9-week uniform. You can click here for details.
